The Golden Mean Group provides a broad range of professional services to private, commercial, educational, and institutional clients throughout the United States. GMG provides pro-active planning and design solutions to meet our Clients' specific needs. Our Clients' interests, desires, goals, and vision are paramount. GMG provides accurate information that allows our Clients to make qualified decisions about their project We investigate the building envelope, operating systems, and building components to help our Clients assess their project needs. GMG identifies project roles, establish project responsibilities and build project relationships to ensure project success. The Golden Mean Group provides the focus, the leadership voice, the balance, and the action to undertake and see the project through from initial planning to final occupancy. GMG provides full project management services including pre-development and project planning consultation; programming, budget and schedule development; design team administration; construction team administration; coordination of owner-directed project activities such as landscape, hardscape, vertical construction, moving/relocation, data/telecom/networking coordination, furnishing/fit-out; and project close out and building commissioning activities.

The essential elements of our work ethic is simple. We listen carefully to our clients and we respond to their needs with simple, elegant, comfortable, and most importantly, functional solutions. Though we are architects and engineers by training, we come from a strong facility operations and project management background, and we share that perspective with our clients. We have the skills, the resources, and the experience to provide all of the necessary planning and project support services for the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority. Finally, we are not just one new consolidated firm, but an entire project team. Our team members proposed for this assignment have worked together on numerous projects over the years. We work well together and we respond individually and collectively to our clients’ needs.
