The Golden Mean Group provides the focus, the leadership voice, the balance, and the action to undertake and see the project through from initial planning to final occupancy. GMG provides full project management services including pre-development and project planning consultation; programming, budget and schedule development; design team administration; construction team administration; coordination of owner-directed project activities such as landscape, hardscape, vertical construction, moving/relocation, data/telecom/networking coordination, furnishing/fit-out; and project close out and building commissioning activities.
